Location
We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable IT Support Specialist (f/m/x) to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). In this position you will wear many hats, providing technical support across a variety of areas, including firewalls, IT infrastructure and cloud platforms.
Your responsibilities
- Windows Administration:
- Deploy and configure Windows servers from scratch based on organisational requiements
- Create Windows images for our on-site installations
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of Azure and AWS cloud services
- Network & Security:
- Configure and maintain network firewalls to ensure security (e.g Fortigate, SonicWall)
- Configure and maintain their respective central management solutions
- Good understanding of IT security best practice
- Documentation & Monitoring:
- Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation for internal systems and procedures
- Conduct regular monitoring of IT infrastructure health and performance

Your profile

Bachelor's Degree/Training as an IT Specialist (f/m/x) for Application Development, System Integration or a comparable qualification
Work experience of Windows & Network administration in 2nd level support
Experience with FortiManager, FortiGate and SonicWall configuration
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and people skills
