Your Tasks
- You will actively participate in the coordination and preparation of our monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as in the Group's planning process and intra-year forecasts and reports
- In close cooperation with the international subsidiaries, you will conduct detailed analyses of business development
- You will be responsible for Group consolidation and ensuring data quality and will take on responsibility for preparing the consolidated financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) in the future
- You will play a key role in the introduction of a new consolidation tool and drive the further development of our controlling processes
- In addition, you will support Group-wide working capital management by setting up a key performance indicator and control system
- You will ensure that the Group-wide transfer pricing guidelines are adhered to (incl. intercompany reconciliation)
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on finance and/or controlling or a comparable qualification
- You also have several years of experience in operational controlling or accounting in an international company
- You have experience in the consolidation (P&L & balance sheet) of several international companies and have sound knowledge of the preparation of consolidated financial statements (HGB)
- You have already gained experience in the area of working capital management and are familiar with the relevant key figures
- You are characterized by your excellent analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers and a structured way of working, as well as the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way
- You are confident in using common MS Office tools and ideally have knowledge of SAP
- As a strong communicator and team player, you have a very good command of German and English
