Your tasks
- You are responsible for the entire operative Recruitment process within the relevant department - from job advertisement to hiring
- You are proficient in and use a wide range of tools for talent acquisition, with a key focus on social networks and active sourcing
- You are in charge of target group-specific social media campaigns and are passionate about building Packsize's brand as an attractive employer
- You organize recruiting & university events - including internal & external communication
- You evaluate implemented measures, prepare reports and identify areas for optimization
- You contribute new ideas for the further development of our recruitment process, employer branding and social media content and play an active role in their implementation
- You work closely with colleagues from the HR team and Marketing team - based in both Europe and the USA
Your strenghts
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or degree in the field of HR and ideally with a focus on marketing or have a comparable qualification
- You have extensive practical work experience in recruiting as well as in the areas of employer branding and social media, including the conception and implementation of campaigns
- You are creative and have a knack for trends, target groups and storytelling
- You communicate confidently in English and enjoy intercultural interaction
- You have a talent for organization with a structured, trustworthy, reliable and independent way of working
- You have a strong motivation for proactive personal development and a high willingness to learn
- You think and act in a customer and service-oriented manner and represent our company in an exemplary way with your excellent social manners
- You also have excellent teamwork skills and a pronounced "hands-on" mentality
