Multi-project Manager (f/m/x) – IT EMEA

Your responsibilities

  • Project Leadership and Management: Lead complex IT projects/programs, overseeing project lifecycles from initiation to closure.  Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop project scopes, objectives, and schedules in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Adjust project plans and priorities to respond to emerging challenges and opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including business professionals, IT teams, and external partners. Facilitate regular communication and update sessions to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to IT projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery and outcomes.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, balancing workload within the team to achieve project objectives. Ensure that the project team has the necessary tools and skills to succeed.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all IT projects comply with healthcare regulations and standards, including data security and patient privacy laws. Stay updated on changes in regulations that may impact IT operations.

Your profile

  • Extensive experience managing IT projects in an regulated environment, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of technology needs.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and experience in their optimization.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse project teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proficiency to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, IPMA, or other project management certification is highly desirable.
