Location
Your responsibilities
design of innovative and high-quality software products to meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to elicit and document detailed software
requirements - Analyze requirements to ensure alignment with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility
- Create clear and concise requirement specifications, including use cases, user stories, and functional
and non-functional requirements - Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented
correctly - Conduct requirement verification and validation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on system architecture and design
- Assist in the development of test plans and test cases to ensure requirements are met
- Manage and track requirement changes throughout the product lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Your profile
- Academic degree in software engineering, bio-/medical technology or related field with strong IT affinity
- Proven experience in requirement engineering and methodologies (e.g. IREB certificate)
- Experience in healthcare IT (in-vitro diagnostics, workflow automation, interoperability, data analytics,
clinical decision support) - Strong understanding of agile/ lean methodologies, and healthcare industry standards / regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English fluent)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive personality with passion for digital transformation and continuous learning as role evolves
