Regional Demand Planner (f/m/x)

Norderstedt (near Hamburg)

Your responsibilities

  • Manage demand planning activities for around 200 SKUs across the EMEA region, ensuring accurate and efficient forecasting and inventory management
  • Conduct EMEA-level forecasting and controlling to support decision-making and optimize supply chain operations
  • Design and implement planning processes and tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness in demand planning
  • Provide leadership and governance to the EMEA planning community, fostering collaboration and best practices
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, from introduction to phase-out, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions

Your profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or Logistics Management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize complex data sets to drive business decisions

  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage effective planning processes to optimize operations 

  • Expertise in creating accurate and actionable forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making

  • Proficiency in financial controlling to monitor and manage costs, ensuring alignment with business goals and budgets

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, analyze potential solutions, and implement effective resolutions
