Location
Your responsibilities

Conceptualise, develop and produce modern digital trainings for our healthcare products and medical scientific training topics
Hands-on development of the relevant HQ assets for your digital trainings, such as graphics, animations, videos and H5Ps
Design high-quality course pages and learning paths by skillful integration of the created learning media
Be responsible for your digital training project management – from Kick-Off and conceptual phase to final release
Closely collaborate with our instructional designers and exchange your expertise within the Global Training Innovation team
Constantly improve your workflow to ensure quality of our innovative digital training solutions

Your profile

Advanced skills in digital training development and modern didactics
Solid experience in technical and scientific story writing
Deep expertise in web-based training development with Articulate Storyline
Very versed graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
Basic knowledge of video production and post-production
Skills in 3DS Max, Cinema 4D or Blender are an advantage to hybridse your skill portfolio
Experience with planning and coordination of training media productions by following a creative, pragmatic and deadline-oriented approach
Resourceful communication skills to elaborate content with our SMEs
Organised, structured and independent work style
A fast learner, open to always grow in skills
Enthusiastic about working in an international development team with intercultural competence
Profound knowledge of English, written and spoken
Willingness to travel globally (approx. 30%)
