Your responsibilities

As Team Lead (f/m/x) IT Workplace, based in Hamburg (Germany) or Warsaw (Poland), you will lead with impact and help shape the future of digital collaboration. In this role, you’ll head a dynamic, international team and contribute to building a modern, user-centric workplace experience across Sysmex EMEA. In this role, you will drive modern workplace IT across EMEA and take responsibility for:

  • Leading and developing the IT Workplace team, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment
  • Managing and continuously improving our cloud-based workplace services, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and user experience
  • Driving strategic workplace initiatives and lead related projects from planning to implementation
  • Ensuring effective collaboration and alignment across IT and EMEA business functions during organizational and technical changes
  • Serving  as a key partner to internal stakeholders, ensuring IT supports business needs and operational goals

Your profile

You are a great fit if you bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to improving workplace IT. Ideally, you have:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field – or a comparable professional qualification
  • Proven leadership experience is required, including the ability to lead and motivate teams in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Hands-on experience in IT operations, ideally in an international or multi-site environment
  • Solid expertise in modern workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365, Intune/Autopilot, Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Teams Telephony,
  • or Endpoint Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders across functions and regions
  • A proactive mindset, structured working style, and a strong sense of ownership

The position is open to be filled either in Hamburg (Germany) or Warsaw (Poland). Please note that for hires in Poland, we require a labour law employment contract—B2B contracts are not accepted.
