If this opportunity appeals to you, come and join us in the position of a Product Portfolio Specialist – Urinalysis to further develop and expand our established footprint in the Greek market. Building on an existing installed base, you will drive portfolio growth by supporting the implementation of the Urinalysis marketing strategy in the Greek territory and by actively contributing across the sales process, from value positioning to solution adoption.
Your mission: play a key role in advancing Sysmex’s position in urinalysis by driving workflow improvements, promoting clinical excellence, and fostering long‑term customer partnerships.

Location
Your responsibilities
- Deliver expert application support in urinalysis diagnostics, including user training on new and existing systems, parameters and workflows (e.g. automated urine sediment analysis, chemistry parameters, integrated urinalysis solutions).
- Support lifecycle management for the urinalysis portfolio, ensuring optimal positioning of systems, reagents and services throughout their market maturity.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales department to achieve commercial objectives and to develop tailored, value-based urinalysis solutions for customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in urinalysis laboratories with all the stakeholders.
- Support the sales team to enhance commercial performance, contributing clinical and application expertise.
- Prepare and manage technical documentation for public tenders and support legal or regulatory processes when required.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer needs in urinalysis to continuously strengthen Sysmex’s market positioning.
- Represent Sysmex Greece at national and local congresses, workshops and scientific events related to urinalysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM tracking of opportunities, sales pipeline, risks and follow-up actions.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to align resources and drive sustainable success.
This role requires the employee to be able to visit clinical laboratories and diagnostic departments.

Your profile
- Degree in Medical Sciences or equivalent.
- Fluent Greek and English;
- Proficient with MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
Professional experience for the position:
- Scientific and product expertise in Urinalysis will be considered as an asset.
- 4-6 years of cumulative experience in the IVD industry. A background in commercial functions such as sales, marketing, or application support will be highly appreciated.
- Familiarity with tender processes and requirements, particularly within the public healthcare sector.
- Skilled in developing and delivering impactful presentations to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Ability to translate technical knowledge into customer-focused solutions, working cross functionally to drive business objectives.
