Working Student Demand Planning (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities

  • Support the day‑to‑day operations of the EMEA Demand Planning. 

  • Contribute to weekly and monthly planning cycles, including the preparation of planning summaries, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders. 

  • Consolidate planning‑related data from various stakeholders and affiliates primarily using Excel, e.g. purchasing forecast data.

  • Review quality and consistency of diverse data from affiliates & conduct analyses to identify abnormalities, deviations, trends, and improvement opportunities 

  • Maintain and update planning‑related master data and process documentation according to guidance. 

  • Provide support for ongoing projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives within the supply chain organization.

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline. 

  • Strong analytical mindset with solid proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or SQL is considered an advantage. 

  • Genuine interest in end‑to‑end supply chain processes, particularly demand and supply planning. 

  • Structured and reliable working style with a high level of attention to detail. 

  • Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, international team environment. 

  • Fluent in English; additional languages of EMEA area are a plus.
