Your responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include:
- Publishing and maintaining regulatory and technical documentation on the Sysmex Documentation Portal (SDP) and ensuring accurate mirroring to the customer portal MySysmex
- Managing and updating regulatory document types (e.g., TAV/ISI, COA, SDS, e-IFUs, COTs) while collecting documentation from internal systems and monitoring source platforms for updates
- Performing quality checks (e.g., version, language, naming, completeness) and supporting regular and ad-hoc updates to ensure compliant and up-to-date content
- Collaborating with Product Management and Regulatory Affairs to ensure accuracy and alignment of published materials
- Maintaining accurate CRM data and supporting correct entries in close alignment with Market Management
- Supporting Market Intelligence activities by conducting market research using internal and external sources, including EMEA Sales & Business Management reports

Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Genuine interest in product-related topics, marketing, documentation processes or digital platforms
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- High attention to detail and a structured, reliable way of working
- Proactive and self-driven mindset with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach and strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English
