Back Office Assistant

Your responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and organizational support to the service office, ensuring efficient and structured day-to-day operations
  • Preparing quotations, issuing invoices, and creating delivery documentation
  • Coordinating service activities, monitoring ongoing orders, and ensuring consistent follow-up across all processes
  • Managing and organizing accounting-related documentation (e.g. invoices, bank statements, cash records) in preparation for audits
  • Acting as a central interface between local teams in Tunisia and international stakeholders, particularly in Germany
  • Handling customer communication via email and phone, including shipment updates, inquiries, and complaint resolution
  • Maintaining accurate and transparent documentation of all relevant activities within the CRM system
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the continuous optimization of administrative workflows
  • Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, standards, and the company’s Code of Conduct

Your profile

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a comparable field (Bac+2 / Bac+3)
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in a commercial, sales support, or logistics environment (ideally 5+ years)
  • Solid understanding of sales administration as well as commercial and logistics processes
  • Confident handling of common IT tools and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills combined with a structured and reliable way of working
  • High level of service orientation, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to stay composed in dynamic environments and approach challenges with a solution-oriented attitude
  • Professional proficiency in English, French, and Arabic
