TASKS

Planning, steering, and successfully executing national and international IT projects, including defining objectives, scope, milestones and resources
Leading and coordinating cross‑functional teams as well as internal and external stakeholders, including close collaboration with the PMO
Continuous project monitoring, including reporting, risk management, documentation, and communication with decision-makers
Budget responsibility, ensuring compliance with guidelines and standards, as well as assessing economic efficiency (ROI)
Ensuring quality and continuous improvement through testing, best practices, method optimization and lessons learned
Executing change management activities, including training, user support, and validation of operational models

QUALIFICATIONS

Very good French and English skills; German or Spanish is an advantage
Completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification, ideally with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
At least 5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects, along with confident use of project management tools (e.g., WRIKE)
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, software lifecycle and change management
Excellent analytical, strategic and communication skills, as well as experience collaborating with international and intercultural teams
High social competence, strong leadership skills, stress resilience and willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes (up to 20%)
