Your tasks / This is what you move with us
- Manage and coordinate spare parts orders to ensure timely availability
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical and operational documentation
- Execute quality control processes to ensure compliance with standards
- Administer warranty claims and credit processes in accordance with company policies
- Oversee supply management, including inventory levels and replenishment planning
- Respond to emergency situations and prioritize urgent operational needs
- Process and track customer returns, ensuring proper resolution and documentation
- Receive and verify incoming shipments
- Support and participate in annual inventory activities and cycle counts
- Provide day-to-day operational support to team members and cross-functional departments
- Actively participate in meetings, providing updates and contributing to decision-making
- Utilize reporting tools and consultation platforms to monitor performance and support operations
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs
Your qualifications / This is what you bring with you
- Sense of organization, rigor and analytical mind
- Proficiency in specialized IT tools (WMS, ERP, advanced Excel)
- Ideally, you gained initial work experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- You work independently, are flexible and highly service-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- You previously acquired knowledge in agricultural technology, hydraulics, and electronics (an asset)
- Your team spirit, ability to handle high workloads complete your profile
