Senior Integration Engineer

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and deploy integration recipes and workflows in Workato.
• Integrate core business systems including Salesforce (CRM), NetSuite (ERP), HRIS, and other SaaS applications.
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust, reusable integration patterns.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain existing integrations; proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Define and implement error handling, retry logic, and alerting mechanisms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Sales to gather integration requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation for all integration flows, including data mapping and transformation logic.
• Contribute to integration governance, including naming conventions, versioning, and best practices.

What you bring:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in enterprise integration or iPaaS development.
• Hands-on experience with Workato, including building complex multi-step recipes, custom connectors, and callable recipes.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and OAuth authentication patterns.
• Experience integrating Salesforce and/or NetSuite with other enterprise platforms.
• Solid understanding of data transformation, JSON/XML parsing, and mapping logic.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment.
• Workato Automation Pro certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in enterprise integration or iPaaS development.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier, or similar).
• Familiarity with EDI or B2B integration standards.
• Knowledge of scripting (Ruby, Python, or JavaScript) for custom Workato functions.
• Experience in an Agile delivery environment.
